Pennyscustomgifts.com is a website and electronic shop operated by Panagiota (Penny) Chatziefstratiou. It is selling personalized, custom, handmade gifts and related items and services. It is formed under the Greek law.

By accessing and using this website you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by them. If you wish not to accept these terms and conditions, you should contact the operator of the site before proceeding to any further actions.

 

INTELLECTUALL PROPERTY RIGHTS – TRADEMARKS ETC.

Nothing in these terms and conditions grants you any legal right in the website other than as necessary to enable you to access the website.

Unless otherwise stated, all contents of pennyscustomgifts.com, including without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, pictures, screen displays, trademarks, tradenames, logos, designs, texts, graphics, intellectual property and industrial rights remain the sole property of Panagiota (Penny) Chatziefstratiou. Copying, modifying, reproducing, republishing, downloading, editing and using in any way the above, in whole or in part, without the express prior permission of the site’s operator, is prohibited.

ORDERS

 All orders are subject to availability. The inclusion of any product on the website does not guarantee that the product will be available if you wish to place an order to purchase it. You will be informed about the delivery time of the products when you place a binding order.

In order to place a binding order you need to add the product to your shopping cart, proceed to check out and pay for your order using the forms of payment indicated therein. In particular, you can make a deposit in our bank account or you can use a credit or debit card. You are requested to send us the proof of bank payment by email at: sales@pennyscustomgifts.com

The order will be executed only after your payment has been received in our bank account.

  

DELIVERIES

 Deliveries will be carried out by third party couriers. Shipping costs are always born by the customer. We will always try to have the best shipping costs for you.

For orders to be delivered outside the European Union, local import taxes may apply. We are unable to calculate local import taxes, other relevant fees payable and any other applicable requirements. It is your responsibility to pay for the above in order to receive your order and to comply with all other requirements that may be imposed to your country in relation to your order.

 

RIGHT TO CANCEL – RETURNS

 You do not have the right to cancel the order/ purchase of product that are personalized or customized or made to your specifications.

Products such as school accessories, bags, towels, light frames, home gifts, mugs, etc are customized in terms of colors/ fabric/ thread and so on, and/ or personalized in terms of names/ initials/ themes/ dates and so on, and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned.

We can only accept returns of products without customization or personalization. Specifically, we can only accept returns of silverware as long as the products have been ordered without engraved initials/ name/ date or other.

For the products that can be returned, you must first inform us by email. These products must be returned in the exact same condition as they were delivered, inside their original packing. Products must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from their delivery to the customer. Customers bear the entire cost for returning the Product to our address: 16, N. Paritsi & Boumpoulinas Str, Neo Psychiko, 154 51, Athens, Greece.

If the product is not delivered to us in good condition, for example not in the original packing or without a label or used or with a scratch/ mark, and so on, we have the right to credit a value 50% off the purchased value depending on the damage.

Should the product delivered to you is damaged, you may either decline acceptance of the product or accept it and request a return within fourteen (14) days from its delivery. In both cases, you may be requested to send back the product on our cost, according to our forwarding instructions, so that we may confirm the damage and send you a new one. Relevant communication will be made by email.

If we are unable to deliver a product for whatever reason within twenty (20) working days from receipt of payment, we will notify you via email and refund you the purchase price, if you request us to do so within three (3) days from your notification by email.
